最近投了篇文章到Materials Science and Engineering - B，前段时间给了一审大修，两个审稿人，按照他们的意见修改了，然后今天收到了二审，一般来说二审应该是小修吧？小修的意见是谁给呢？审稿人还是编辑给啊？今天收到的二审意见里只有一个审稿人又有两条修改意见，编辑一直都没有什么明确的接不接受，这还靠不靠谱啊？The reviewers have commented on your above paper. They indicated that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form.
