比较薄弱～应该是说你的证明或实验过程力度不够，没有充分证明结论～
补充下，整个意见是： Little weak and not much literature are provided. There are many old references (Reference number: 15, 18, 20, 23, 25 and 26) provided. Instead consider to provide latest references，
刚查了下Little weak 应该是小弱。
我还以为双重否定呢，不弱呢。
就是说文章比较弱，引用的文献不够，也比较旧。
还是引用最新的参考文献吧，经典文献要有，其他最好是近五年的。
就是典型的文献跟踪不足
