关于增加作者的解释

楼主有个稿件，在一审大修的时候，增加了两个作者。二审回来后，主编要求解释为何增加作者，申明作者贡献，并需要所有作者签名同意。

但大修并没有增加额外的实验。关于增加作者的理由，大家有什么建议？

是不是要求填写一个申明表格呢？？对应的下面的1、2、3你都是怎么填的，，能否借鉴下
