昨天向ACS IECR投稿，今天收到技术审核不过关的问题，让在manuscript 里补充title page，并用主页“draft”link上传修改稿
但是我在我的主页看不到上传修改稿的link（我一作，导师通信），编辑给的回复信如下

Incomplete Author Information:
-All authors' names must be entered into the Paragon system for this manuscript as they appear on the title page of the manuscript.
