合金化合物大修返修后，审稿人同意接收，编辑直接无理由拒稿
问下大家，这种情况能申述或者投诉吗？
编辑：After careful review, I regret to inform you that I am unable to accept your above noted manuscript for publication in "Journal of Alloys and Compounds". I have appended the comments of the reviewers in order for you to understand the basis for the final decision.（未给出拒稿理由）
审稿人：Reviewer #1: The authors appeared to have addressed most comments and revised their manuscript accordingly. However, there are still some minor comments and issues, which the authors should address and revise their paper, before it can be accepted and published.
Reviewer #2: The revised version includes the given advices. The paper can be accepted now.
大修返修审稿意见完成后，状态持续了4.5天没反应，我有点着急，问了下爱斯维尔客服需要多久，没有发邮件给编辑（知道编辑权利大，不敢打扰他），客服说会让journal manager联系我。这算催稿吗？我导师怪我催稿导致被拒。但审稿人意见都很好很正面，就因为我问了客服催了下。编辑拒稿，也太不负责任太不公正了吧。

看样子就是因为催稿导致的
因为个人原因，需要文章快速接收才催的。哎，得不偿失。不过就因为这拒稿，我表示对这杂志一生黑。大家吸取我的教训吧。这不是我的第一篇文章，所以不是很难过，只是有点不服气。
