I have received two expert reviews. Reviewer 1 pointed out that some derivations can be further simplified. However, Reviewer 2 mentioned some key issues involving the novelty and contributions in this manuscript, and strongly recommended rejection. Based on my own reading, I agree with the Reviewers that the contribution of this manuscript is a bit insufficient, due to the fact that some analysis has been done in related works. The calculation of average secrecy capacity could be further simplified by using the existing approach. To sum up, this paper still has many issues and needs substantial rewriting to improve. Therefore, I find it difficult to recommend the acceptance of your submission. However, I sincerely hope that the reviewers’ comments from this review process would be useful for improving your work and this decision will not discourage your future contributions to this journal.?
