We invited up to 4 competent scientists as reviewers for your paper,
but until now we did not receive any positive recommendation to
publish your paper.
There is one possibility to change this situation:
Please send us an information on 1 or 2 possible
reviewers, who could be invited by us .
These persons should not depend on you or your
institute.
We recommend that you should contact them in advance and ask them,
if they are willing to become reviewer for your paper.
4个审稿人应该不是全部有意见返回吧？既然都没有正面评价，编辑还不直接拒稿，是不是说明编辑心里还是希望我的文章被接收，才叫我推荐审稿人的？（之前没有机会推荐，投稿系统没有这方面的要求）

publish your paper.是不是有2个可能的意思？1.还没有审稿意见反馈。2.有意见反馈，但是都不是正面意见。
可能会有一个意见，但不是正面的 (或者都没有返回意见)。
