what 引导的宾语从句，是try的宾语，整个句子是个and复合句，意思是你尝试的别人认为你不能做到的事，你会发现你是可以的。采纳哦

people say是插入语，是what引导的宾语从句作try的宾语

认同您的说法。记不太清了，但是应该是薄冰英语语法里面讲的，说what是缩合词，等于the...that.... 这里、what people say you can't do 改成  The thing that people say you cannot do。完整的句子what people say you can not do，you try and find that you can 。 代入的话就是The thing that people say you cannot do, you try and find that you can.  改成传统正常顺序 You try and find that you can do the thing that people say you cannot do. 这样可能好理解一些。但是却不能表达原来的意思。所以必须保持原来的顺序。再有就是what people say  you cannot do这句话分析成分比较难。一般理解People say that you cannot do the thing. 这样看来what代替了the thing作宾语，但是这样感觉跟原来还是有很大差距。目前没有看到过很有说服力的分析
