1.IEEE photonics journal上的投稿要求，应该是关于页边距的 A page in the IEEE Photonics journal is 8”x11”, with 1.1’ top, bottom, right and left margins.是什么意思呢，
2.参考文献的格式是手动编辑还是可以直接生成模板中的格式呢
请有经验的虫友们告知一下，急求，谢谢！

页面纸张大小宽8英寸，高11英寸，上下左右页边距均为1.1英寸。

页面纸张大小宽8英寸，高11英 ...

谢谢你的帮助，但是我查的是 ”是英寸=2.54厘米； ' 是英分=0.3175厘米，好纠结

instruction of author不一定研究的非常细，最直接的方法就是下载它们主页上的最新文章，按照那个排版就好了。
