1) Authors should describe how the emission intensity was obtained. Does the emission intensity receive from the peak value or the integration of the entire emission spectrum? What are the step size and the interval time for each step of the emission scan?其中 step size这个是什么？
2）paper would be more competitive and promising if authors could add more detail comparison between other approaches which also using fluorescence switching mechanism.
