Thank you for your submission to APCATB which I have read with interest.  I regret to inform you however, that the manuscript will not be considered further as a paper submitted to APCATB, since the overall 15% of this manuscript is identical to the previous publications, particularly including 4% from ESPR (2017) by the authors based upon the CrossChecking Engine supported by EES.  Indeed, Elsevier has strong and rigid publication policy, particularly on the plagiarism, even for self-plagiarism.  Some of the sentences and phrases included in the Experimental and Discussion parts of the manuscript have been plagiarized.  Any kind of ethical issue can be immediately raised.
