The authors propose a new method for the determination of 38 …… in vegetables after the previous extraction of the analytes by QuEChERS. It is of interest the separation of 38 analytes in very short period of time. Target analytes are considered persistent contaminant in agricultural products with potential toxicity. Method development has been well conducted thoroughly the work reported in the manuscript. However, the final validation needs additional discussion. Thus, accuracy is evaluated by recovery studies. This way has some limitation, as for every analyte and sample a wide variety of recoveries was observed. The authors should demonstrated how these values are used for reporting the specific results (in concentration values with the corresponding uncertainties) when the method is applied to particular types of samples. It is not clear that Tables S3 and S4 have properly been addressed taken into account this issue.
