I would recommend to add explanations also of the following problems:
•        Durability of the wires covered by a relatively thin layer of polymeric mortar,
•        Analysis describing behaviour of the structure not only at ultimate conditions, but also under standard service conditions (verification of SLS),
•        Were all the wires anchored at one place near supports, or the anchors were placed at multiple points according to distribution of bending moments due to permanent and traffic actions?,
•        Measuring of strains: probably changes of strains from “permanent” conditions were measured, which occurred due to traffic loads during loading tests. A detailed step-by-step description of the used sequence of manipulations would be useful, which would include the instants of installation of sensors, application of loads and reading the measured values. The same could be made also for measuring of deformations,
