最近在ACS上投稿遇到问题，请求各位帮助
用导师之前在ACS上的ID和密码 能登录ACS。进入Authors and reviewers-submmit your research，提示“Have you ever logged in to or used this manuscript submission/peer review system (ACS Paragon Plus) before?”
选择YES,则提示“Your ACS Paragon Plus Username and Password combination is invalid or incorrect. Please try again”，选择“Forgot your ACS Paragon Plus password?”，将收到邮件中的密码输入，仍然显示“Your ACS Paragon Plus Username and Password combination is invalid or incorrect. Please try again”（这里我觉得有可能投稿系统的user name有错误，但是不能找到找回用户名的方法，而且我们也没有设置过其他用户名）
如选择NO，则提示“Your ACS Paragon Plus profile did not link correctly. Please contact us.”仍旧不能连接上
换自己新注册的号码也是这种情况
