问题如题所问，寻求大神解答。我收到的reviewer comments中，两个reviewer 没有给具体的意见（一个认为不适合该期刊，一个直接拒绝），这种情况是要根据reviewer对论文的不同部分给的评分进行回复吗？如下所示：
