这是在审稿意见都很积极的情况下才有的，有些ae会直接用minor或者major。邮件中的意思是只要好好改就可以发表，如果审稿意见里面有不积极的，ae不会这么说的。恭喜楼主，肯定能中。我的一篇trans二审四个月了…希望能和楼主一样有好的结果吧
