I have received the report from our adviser on your manuscript,  which you submitted to Solar Physics.

I regret that the referee raises substantial issues, recommending that the manuscript should not be considered further in anything like its present form.  

If you wish to pursue this with a rebuttal, please let us know.  In that case, you are asked to carefully consider the reviewer comments, which are attached, respond to them substantially as a separate submission item, in addition to the revised manuscript.

然后后面加了一个审稿人的意见，4个问题，然后审稿人最后建议拒稿。然后我去杂志的页面看了，写着 Final decision reject
