在审的中文论文可以翻译成英文投国际会议吗？
大家好，小弟现在有一篇正在外审的中文论文，而恰好有一个美国的本学科的国际权威性学术会议想参加，我想将中文论文翻译成英文投到会议上，当然首先我得投一下摘要，不知道这样算不算学术不端，因为之前我看到有不少人也是这么做的，求各位解答！
