Highly motivated candidates are sought to fill a postdoc position at Electrochemical Engineering for Materials Lab at University of Alabama. The position will be on numerical simulation on electrochemical processes, which starts as early as in January 2018.
Requirements:
Ph.D. degree (within 3 years) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or related engineering fields.
Solid knowledge and strong skills on numerical simulation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Competent in working as a team or as an individual contributor. Proficiency in English.
Preferences:
Knowledge on chemical processes, and more preferably, electrochemical processes.
Experiences on continuum modeling of electrochemical processes, including fluid dynamics, mass transport, and electrochemical reactions, are highly appreciated.
