各位有经验的大哥，大姐，小弟之前发过帖子求助，具体如下：（复制之前帖子）

这篇文章初审意见还行，一个专家建议直接录用，另一个专家提出一些意见，让修改。改好后我提交回去，编辑一直纠结一些格式问题，来来回回三次了，这次编辑努力貌似要拒稿，请有经验的同学帮忙看看，现在是个啥情况....

    I regret to inform you that this paper is STILL not up to standard, after 5 total submissions (original + 4 revisions).  We must therefore take the decision to reject it.

    Please refer to the editor's comments listed below.  In every report, you have been asked to CHECK your paper, but there are continuing errors.  In particular, I would point out comment no. 1 below, which shows a huge error in your paper.  Errors like this should NOT appear after so many resubmissions.  
    If you wish to CHECK your entire paper, as requested so many times, and ensure that there are no errors at all, then you can resubmit it, and it will be considered again.  It would now need to be as a new submission.  If you do this, you will need to provide a covering letter stating what has been done in response to EACH of the comments below, as well as any other changes made.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your work.  I am sorry we cannot continue with this in its present sate.

那么现在我已经按照编辑要求，在coverletter里面一条条注明修改的内容（都是文字语言和图表格式），然后重新以新稿投了，然后又很诚恳的给编辑发了封邮件，深刻表明自己的问题，希望他能再给我一次机会，是上周三投的，周四系统状态变为with editor，然后一直持续到现在。就是想问一下，希望还大吗？到了如今这步，最后是编辑直接决定论文是否被录用，还是依然要重新经过外审等流程？ 不知道还要等多久，这几天焦虑后悔难过心痛...真的太折磨人了，都怪自己没做好功课，不认真。
