decision in process 完了以后又with editor，是什么情况？
小博一枚，7月份投稿Journal of Nature Gas Science and Engineering，状态变化如下：

under editor evaluation 2017月8月30日
decision in process 2017月9月01日
with editor 2017月9月02日
按理说decision in process 完了以后不是该给结果了吗？要不reject要不revise，为什么又with editor了，请有经验的大神指点迷津！
