title page的要求有句话没看懂求解释
前前后后做了快一年的论文终于被Conditional Accept了，但是编辑发的邮件关于title page的要求有句话我没看懂请各路大神帮我看一下
The title page shall include the title and a one-sentence description of the paper’s content to accompany the title in the PE&RS Table of Contents.
应该包含标题和后面那一句是啥啊
