I am not sure if you will find people that can review your article here. I suppose you meant "how to find reviewers" that you can suggest to the editor when submitting  your article. The previous post explain some methods.

The best way  is to look at the references of the manuscript you wrote. I would suggest you select a geographically diverse group of reviewers.

If you want to "pre-review", that is, someone that can comment on your manuscript quality before submission, not sure if here you can find someone with expertise in your field，
