一、图片1这个地方需要我们填写什么？
二、图片2需要填写什么？是文章编号吗？
三、图片3这个地方就是简单描述下附加视频的内容吗？还是写其他的内容？

You are apparently trying to publish an article in ACS appl. mater. interfaces in which you have included some picture or video (not sure) whose copyright belongs to another ACS journal. In image 2, you need to write the publication in which the picture or video appears. In 3) you need to tell what is and where is located in that other journal.

In the pdf 1 you are asking the copyright owner to give you permission to publish their picture in the ACS app material interfaces.



Or if you tell me what's the journal from which you want to request the picture, then there are other ways to request copyright transfer.


Sorry, it's not easy to explain this by writing in a forum.  Perhaps if you send me the information I can fill out for you the pdf.
