三个月是有点长，上次我一个月给消息。

若"under review"状态超过两个月，那就可以催稿，

三个月时间不算短了，个人认为，既然没有具体编辑的email , 可以先用投稿的的email试着给编辑发信，询问目前稿件处理的状态。
