It does not depend on the person or professor (normally). I found that for this journal is about 2 months to 12 weeks to handle first response.

In the same journal? Again, you cannot expect similar results every time you submit, for many reasons too long to explain here. If you follow me in my posts you will learn from my responses to others.

But remember, each submission is different, mostly because the reviewers are most likely different
