The DOI is actually not provided until it's published. It will take some time because it has to go through the editing process, proofs, etc. Even during the proofs, they do not have a DOI.

In fact, even if the put it online they may do it as "online first" and they will put the .pdf of the article without any DOI, which would be updated later.

接收后一般得转给出版社，出版社安排后给DOI

通常文章被接收了以后就有DOI号，但如果文章还没有online，根据DOI号查不到文章，没有意义，楼主还是耐心等校稿吧，实在着急也可以写信问问编辑部。
ps. 此外，楼主可以根据已经发表期刊的DOI号推断自己的，后面的数字一般是投稿号。
