I suppose RSC is Royal Society, right?. This is a good reputable company. Your school should be able to pay using the "acceptance email" of your manuscript that you got from RSC.

You can also contact RSC (Editorial Office) and tell them to send you a letter of acceptance of the manuscript, so you can tell your school to pay.
