编辑说让加两篇参考文献和进行语言润色，哪里回复比较好？
编辑说让加两篇参考文献和进行语言润色，我在cover letter 和 respons to reviewers 中哪里回复比较好？
是在 respons to reviewers 中在 回复reviewers 的意见前面单独回复编辑的意见吗？单独加一个editor’s comments？ 还是在We would like...... detailed as follows. 开头那段话里面说明一下？

楼主可以在respons to reviewers 中回复审稿人意见之前加一个editor’s comments，类似这样的：
