This journal has an expensive open access option of 3300 dollars. But in the authors information page (https://www.elsevier.com/journal ... /guide-for-authors)  there is no information about layout fees, so it will not cost anything. The only optional charge is if you want to publish printed in color. Please read carefully the authors guidelines.

这个期刊有Open Access选项，不选它的话就不收费。当然，稿件的篇幅不能超过期刊的规定，也不能有彩色图片。参见该期刊的Guides for Authors:
