点击要投稿的杂志进去了，可是只是提示Please ask for login credentials to submit your paper:jbbbe@scientific.net ，发了邮件也没回复。
system guide 那边的participant tool 写着Log in to your account and select the participant role on the top menu. On the participant home tab download the doc or "LaTex" template to prepare the manuscript in accordance with the publisher’s technical requirements.可是根本找不到 participant role on the top menu。
你们有遇到这种情况吗

不是，那个提示是在期刊的介绍上说的，不是投稿后的提示。我发邮件给他们给出的咨询邮箱，也是没有回复，不知道怎么回事。。。

楼主解决了吗？我也想知道呢
