论文因为语言问题直接被拒了怎么办？
第一次投英文sci，在4天后收到回信，惨遭被拒，回复如下：
Papers submitted to Applied Ergonomics are pre-screened and assessed prior to sending them out to reviewers. We do this with a view to understanding whether there are any problems with the paper before this stage. This process also helps us to select appropriate reviewers if the paper passes the pre-screening. The issues and potential problems we assess include whether the paper is of sufficient scientific quality, has new or interesting technical content, is acceptably written in terms of the quality of language and production, and is within the scope of Applied Ergonomics.
In the case of your submission unfortunately there are some issues with the quality of the content of your paper as follows. Unfortunately, the writing quality needs to be higher for a premier international journal such as Applied Ergonomics. The manuscript requires fairly extensive editing for grammar and usage, as well as technical editing. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to provide this service.
Therefore I am sorry to inform you that your paper has been rejected by the journal. I wish you very good luck in your research and publishing activities.
给的理由是写作水平不够，需要改动的太多。但编辑没有提到关于立题观点或者实验的问题，也没有说修改后再投。
所以请问大家：
1. 编辑没有说修改后再投，那我修改论文以后，能否再次向该杂志投稿？
2.准备找一家语言润色公司，请问大家能否推荐靠谱的语言润色公司？

编辑说的很清楚不只是语法问题还有内容的组织和处理。
语言找公司，的确是不小开销。我建议还是自己先提高，然后找国外朋友帮忙。那样省不少钱。
从外国编辑所提的问题中，我可以推断你的英语语言表达不畅。外国编辑是这样说的：The language is too elementary. 我估计你的论文中的用词和句式太层次太低了。打个比喻，相当于你用小学生的中文表达方式向科学出版社权威杂志去投稿。没有用高层次的学术英语来思维。外国编辑就你这个问题，他提出了一种解决方案，即a complete re-writing to improve the level of English，也就是说，你需要用英语来思维，重新改写文字，适合英语读者的阅读习惯。 为此，建议你的文章让Elsevier出版社负责文字修饰的写作人员来修改，
建议找一个靠谱的修改语言的公司给润色

如果期刊的作者指南中不禁止在一段时间内的稿件重投，楼主可以试试。

建议楼主找导师或者英语为母语的同领域专家帮忙润色，没有条件再找润色公司。

因为立题观点或者实验的问题，所以压根在编辑那边就打住了，没有送审，这种情况如果把语言修改好的应该是可以再投同样的杂志的。

建议美国aje吧。性价比挺高，我一直用这家，你可以关注下 https://www.aje.com 润色还是很地道的，润色之后再投语言应该就没有问题。
一般英语差点没事。。。可能是你的不是一般差，是用有道翻译逐句翻译的吧？？
