small methods 会走向何方？求高见
新刊Small Methods，今年春天刚刚登录。做为Small的sister刊物，不知道他的前景如何，请各位发表下高见！
个人认为Small是没有取得定位下的成功的，现在以这个不很成功的案例，来创建子刊，不知道诸位如何看？

自己顶下下，求大神高见
定位Small的姐妹刊感觉就局限了发展的空间 目前很显然是想快速提升首个影响因子 每期第四篇文章里至少3篇review 这比例也是没谁了 不得不说wiley和rsc对新期刊的运作简直丧心病狂... 目前很多大牛综述 不过看另一个新期刊ChemNanoMater也有很多大牛邀稿 可惜是亚洲化学的子刊 同样发展不行
个人觉得期刊发展如何，运作也很关键，看wiley这态势，估计这个新杂志small methods 的影响因子要超过Small，姊妹刊并不一定影响因子就不如主刊高。说实话，看small methods里面的一些文章也没觉得比AM系列的文章质量差。所以能不能超10就看wiley怎么运作和大家顶不顶了。

再对比一下其他杂志，比如AEM

可以看出，短期内差距还是有的。但是看其经营方式，最终有可能超过small。看文章个人感觉比同期的新刊Solar RRL好，
