1.控制类的 SCI的都很难发，除非内容很好！
如果不错就试试SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization.
International Journal of systems science,Internatioanl Journal of control, 应该要好中一点，atuomatica,IEEE AC, systems and control letters一般比较难中
2.或者找计算数学类的，applied numerical mathematics, Journal of computational and applied mathematics, applied mathematics and computation等等！不过现在数学类
（包括控制类的）没有很快的，一般都得小半年才有审.稿.意见！如果需要的话，可以推.荐.个杂.志.社给你，他那速.度会快点。投.稿：①*⑧*⑤*①*⑥*①*⑦*0③我有个朋友就是在那.投的，他那是北大核心期刊，理应半年的审.稿时间，他就用了两个月就拿到样刊了。
