“I have noticed that you did not provided the double-blind title page on your manuscript. As per policy, the revised paper should have the corresponding title page along with the main article.”

title page 有你文章的作者个人信息，按照政策，修改稿应该提供通讯作者
这个应该是编辑的意见，楼主在手稿中没有提供双盲审标题页，需要在修改稿中随手稿一起提交包含通讯作者信息的标题页文档。
ps. 就是把手稿的修改版分为两部分提交，一部分是删除了标题页作者署名和通讯作者联系方式的手稿，另一部分是包含作者署名和通讯作者联系方式标题页的Word文件。
