plos one 投稿
求投过Plos one的高手指点下。目前返修Plos One转录组的文章，遇到以下问题：
1. Please update the Methods section of your manuscript to include the names of the locations, and provide geographic coordinates for the data set是什么意思？，我就是取样做的转录组，他这是要我干嘛？
2. 在cover letter里，我说把其中一个基金项目删除（因为这个项目在我投稿之后取消了）可以吗？
3. 在稿件中，不能出现funding 这一块是吗？也不能把基金项目写入acknowledgement板块是吗？

稿件中没有funding章节，可以在致谢中加上基金项模�
