投稿carbon,这样的情况申诉的成功率高吗?
6月投稿carbon,历时1个多月,被拒绝,有3位审稿人,一位小修,一位大修(大修意见还没有小修的难搞),一位拒稿。拒稿理由是我做的之前有别人做过,并给出一些参考文献。我找出审稿人指出的文献一一比较,和我的都是合成方法上面有些许不同,感觉我的合成方法相当于一个综合文献优点,优化结果的过程。老板想让我申诉,各位大神麻烦看看,这样申诉的成功率高么?

Reviewer #2: This manuscript reports on the synthesis of N-doped mesoporous carbon sub-micron spheres by silica driven co-assembly. Firstly, silica driven co-assembly strategy for porous carbon synthesis is not new. There are several papers available on the synthesis of mesoporous carbon nanospheres by self assembly and co-assembly strategy with or without colloidal silica. See for example J. Mater. Chem. A, 2015, 3, 2305-2313; Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2012, 51, 3591 -3595; ACS Nano, 2013, 7, 8706-8714; J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2006, 128, 11652-11662; Macromolecules 2013, 46, 140?145; Nature Commun. 2013, 4, 2798. The manuscript is not suitable for CARBON.
Other comments:
i. In the abstract, authors claimed that "Interestingly, SN not only acted as a pore-forming agent but also as a driven agent to induce the co-assembly of F127, carbon precursors and SN, which has never been reported". I feel the authors' claim is not be accurate. There are several reports where silica and F127 both act as pore forming agents. There are also reports on the size controllable nitrogen doped mesoporous carbon nanospheres without using colloidal silica.
