投稿一月余reject and allow to resubmit, response letter如何写啊?
Dear Zhou,
Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Clinical and Experimental Dermatology. I now have the reports of the Co-Editor and Referees to hand, which suggest that your manuscript is not currently suitable for publication in CED. However, if you attend to the points made by the referees and myself, your revised paper may be suitable for publication in the journal.
Please submit your revised manuscript online at https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ced. Your manuscript will be listed in your Author Centre under 'Manuscripts to be Revised'. Before clicking the manuscript title to begin uploading your revised manuscript file(s) please:
1) Underline the areas of text that you have changed in the revised version of the manuscript or alternatively, change the font colour to red in the areas of text that have been modified.
2) Respond to any attached reviewer comments, point by point.
3) Respond to any further issues raised in this e-mail, point by point.
4) Ensure that your manuscript is prepared strictly in accordance with the author guidelines. This will greatly reduce the likelihood of further revisions being required.
The author guidelines are available online at:
https://www.blackwellpublishing. ... 6938&site=1
Please pay particular attention to the number and format of the references. Manuscripts containing more than the permitted number of references will only be accepted if compelling reasons can be provided to justify this.
Please ensure that any labels embedded in your figures are lower case letters in parentheses e.g. (a), (b), (c) etc.
Please ensure that stains and magnifications are provided with all histological figures.
I look forward to receiving your revised paper at your earliest convenience. Should the manuscript not be received within the next four months I shall assume that it has been withdrawn.
Yours sincerely,
Dr. George Millington

CO-EDITOR COMMENTS FOR AUTHORS:
Interesting observations but based on the current literature, it is likely that the increased SAA in urticaria compared to healthy controls is an epiphenomenon rather than pathogenic. Like CPR, SAA appears to be an non-specific marker of systemic inflammation. The manuscript could be resubmitted as a concise report where the authors ought to further elaborate on the practical implications of their study findings.
