如题，在Environmental science and pollution research 上投稿，去年11月份投稿，with editor 70天后，催稿一次，今年3月份收到意见，拒稿重投，4月重投之后，4.23开始under review ，中间时间一直在变(分别是4.28，5.28，6.8，6.28)，现在过了两个半月了，还没收到消息，请问需要发邮件问一下么？
