编辑要求用Elsevier Technical English 的润色服务，可以用别的润色吗？

I suggest you send the revised version before submission to a Technical English editorial office to proof read the manuscript and provide a certificate. Elsevier has such service and with a reasonable fee as one of the options. Please provide the certificate of Technical English editing with your revision.

人家编辑只是推荐，并未强制要求作者们一定要使用Elsevier Technical English 的润色服务才行。
何来的要求一说？明明是推荐。因此，肯定可以用其他的啊。但是你比较一下价格呗，如果差不多，就用elsevier的，省事省心，
