最可靠稳妥的办法就是找几篇该期刊最新看出的相近研究方向的文章，拿它们和自己的文稿进行一下比对后就知道编辑的确切意思了。

这个Journal of Material Cycles and Waste Management期刊，最后你投了吗？Figure and Table legends should be below the reference. (List of tables and figures in the manuscript). The title of a figure legend should describe the figure, clearly and succinctly. Please include a list of the tables and figures in the manuscript next to the references. This does not mean the figures/tables themselves but only the names of the figures/ tables you have already attached as separate files.这个我没太懂
