求助，投稿microbes and infection
坛子里各位大神们，我最近在投稿microbes and infection，编辑回信中有太多不明白的地方，希望有师兄师姐些能否帮忙看看，或者是有投过的战友或真正投的。编辑回信贴出来请大家帮帮忙看看，在此感激不尽。
(1) Number lines continuously for easier reviewing process; use abbreviations only if found at least 3 times in the main text, and do not overuse them (for example CW for cell wall used only 3 times); references in main text between square brackets in the order of appearance in the text
(2) reference list: re order; Genus and species names in italics; abbreviate the names of journals according to Index Medicus or Biosis; complete Loh et al (e02030-16); suppress the uppercase letters inside titles
(3) most importantly, the readability of the written material often suffers because of the poor standard of written English. Please have the entire manuscript re read/checked by an English mother-tongue scientist. The journal does not correct the English syntax

送审了没有
对照guidelines for authors，下载一篇近期论文修改格式，然后重新投。格式审查没有通过，应该没有送外审。
应该是没有送，格式有问题
有以下几个问题还不太明白，
1 Number lines continuously for easier reviewing process这个不知道啥意思，我刚开始理解为连续行号，我是设置了的。
2 references in main text between square brackets in the order of appearance in the text 这个理解为文中的参考文献按顺序排列？ 但是该杂志的格式是这样的，文末的参考以字母排序，所以前面是乱的
3 reference list: re order ，这点也是参考从新排序？
4 abbreviate the names of journals according to Index Medicus or Biosis; complete Loh et al (e02030-16); 这个实在是不懂，前半句难道是些的cover letter中引用他们杂志的缩写？后面complete Loh et al (e02030-16)完全不懂是什么
5suppress the uppercase letters inside titles，是标题不使用大写字母吧
