最近在修回一篇文章，文章内容是一个新化合物及其抗肿瘤机理，其中的3个小实验是MTT实验、划痕实验、transwell实验，就是说化合物可以抑制肿瘤细胞的
proliferation, migration and invision.审稿人提出：“The authors should determine that the inhibition of cell migration and invasion by this compound is not due to its impact on cell viability.”该化合物对抑制细胞侵袭和迁移不是由于对细胞活力的抑制，这是什么意思啊，如何回复如何修改呢？？？
