We are looking for talented Ph.D. student and postdoc to join the NIH-sponsored project in the field of bioinformatics, microbiology and systems biology. The candidates for this project will be responsible for computational method development and analysis. The ideal candidate should be broadly experienced with analyzing next generation sequencing data and network-based analysis. Prospective applicants should have made significant contributions to their area of study, as evidenced by strong academic records.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates should have
Major in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or a related field
Proficiency in one or more statistical or scripting languages appropriate for scalable data analysis
Comfort and experience with programming for biological data analysis
Familiarity with functional genetic and/or genomic data, as indicated by publication record
