个人的第一篇文章，同课题组四个月前在IJIE上发表了类似文章，但我的工作与前一篇对比有一定的突破与创新，因此第一次投还是选择IJIE，但编辑不太认可啊，一周内就拒稿了。下面是回复邮件，重投还是改投其他？请朋友们出些主意

Thank you for submitting your manuscript to the International Journal of Impact Engineering. The topic of the manuscript is potentially interesting and relevant. However, the manuscript is rejected because of the way it has been written. The English needs to be improved significantly for the contents to be more easily understood by reviewers, so that they can then assess the technical merits and contributions of the work. Currently, the descriptions are difficult to read and comprehend, because of the lack of clarity and fluency in English. Some terms and acronyms used are not commonly understood, and terminology such as "PTFE, CE", etc, should be defined in full at the beginning of the manuscript, so that reviewers will not misinterpret or misunderstand them to mean something else. If you wish, you can revise the writing of the manuscript to improve it, and submit it to the IJIE as a new manuscript.
Although this particular submission has been declined, we wish you all the best in your research efforts and look forward to the possibility of a future contribution.
