投稿后要求resubmit，我是create new submission 还是 create a revision
RT，我问同学，他那个其他期刊的resubmit是create new submission
但我create new submission 时跳出来提示：
You Have a Revision Waiting
You have a request to revise one of your manuscripts. (那个账号下就我一篇没发表的文章）
而且，我的文章状态里“create a revision”是可以点的，如下图。
所以请教各位大神我是create new submission 还是 create a revision ？特别是有在这个期刊waste management &research上resubmit过的
（第一篇文章投个水刊，各位大神见笑了）

We write to inform you that it has been decided that the article should not be published. Copies of the relevant referee comments are included below for your information.
However, if you are able to fully rewrite your paper to satisfy the criticism raised by the referees, we might consider a resubmission. Editors of WM&R reserve the right to reject your resubmission if the necessary changes have not been made. Please include the original manuscript number of your paper in your cover letter and a full list of changes made to the paper and a point-by-point response to each of the previous comments of the reviewers.. Please also highlight the changes to your manuscript within the document by using the track changes mode in MS Word as well as submitting a clean version of the manuscript.
Please name this file “Author Response” and upload it when submitting your resubmission.

按照楼主的说法点击create new submission就会出create a revision，貌似只能create a revision了，不放心的话可以给编辑部写信问问。

类似大修，上传修改稿，附修改说明就可以了，编辑还是给你机会
