昨天上午投稿Electrochemistry Communications，凌晨被拒。理由如下：

Thank you for submitting your paper to Electrochemistry Communications.

As announced in issue 2 of 2000 we now review ALL manuscripts in respect of the need for URGENT publication before inviting referees comments. We expect that less than 50% of submitted papers will pass that initial screening.

I have read your note and believe that the urgency criterion is not met. Your paper is also too long for Electrochemistry Communications. I regret that we are unable to accept your paper for publication.
