第一次投稿，physical review e, 流体方向纯理论推导的。 一审用了差不多三个月，刚刚收到编辑的回复。两个审稿人，意见一正一负。
第一个审稿人，先是用了大段文字点评了整个文章，然后说
The paper is a competent and straightforward work but should be improved in the following aspects：
给出了三条修改意见。
最后：With these changes the paper can be considered for acceptance.
感觉提的意见比较容易修改。

第二个审稿人的意见很负面，他认为原创性不好，不能在PRE上发表。

下面是编辑的回复：

Your manuscript has been reviewed by two of our referees. Comments
from the reports appear below.

These comments suggest that the present version of the manuscript is
not suitable for publication in the Physical Review. However, if you
feel that you can address the criticisms, we will give further
consideration.

Please accompany any resubmittal by a summary of the changes made and
