从投稿开始历时一周，没有外审直接reject，主要内容如下：

Your manuscript has been carefully considered by the Editorial Board and I regret to inform you that your paper was not found acceptable for publication in International Journal of Cardiology. This is largely due to the fact that, despite the potential interest of the topic, the priority of this manuscript is not sufficient.
We know you will be disappointed by this decision, but we receive a much larger number of papers than we are able to accept.
