投稿须知中的手稿格式要求，这几句话什么意思？我怕我理解有误

送审的时候会不会看着乱�

请问投稿必须按照他说明的把图和表全部放在后面吗？前面只留文本。这样送审会不会看着费劲啊？
很多杂志社都是这样的要求，按照要求来，没有问题的。
